Einzel lens
Einzel lens module for beam shaping and focalization
Longer cables
Standard cable length between source and electronics is 2m. Ask for longer cables if needed.
Pulsed Mode
Beam Control option allowing to pulse at selected frequency (up to 10kHz) and selected duty cycle (up to 1:1000).
Bipolar mode
Adding the bipolar option allows you to alternatively generate ions and electrons, and thus to address various applications with a single source.
Scanner
Deflector plates added after the Einzel lens allow to move the beam in X/Y with a raster-type scan. A waveform generator can be added to this option to move the beam along an arbitrary curve.
Neutralizer
TES-electron-type ECR source for neutralization or charge compensation purposes.
Wide Current Toolkit
Adjusting source configuration with the wide current toolkit allows you to use the source at its full current range.
